Returns Processing

If you receive a product which is damaged or broken, missing components or accessories, is faulty, or differs from its description on the product detail page, you may return it within the respective returning time. you can contact us to initiate the return process.

 

Returns Pick-Up

To begin a return, please contact us. Once you’ve started the return procedure, you’ll get a notification to explain everything. The Logistics department will make every effort to make the item pick-up as simple as possible.
